SF30 Day 30 — Stability Ball Workout (30 minutes)

I’m celebrating (and mourning) this LAST DAY of the Simple Fitness 30-Day Challenge with a full body stability ball workout.  I’ve learned so much over the last 30 days — new trainers, new routines, and new genres of exercise (hello, animal walks) — while also sharing so many of the routines I’ve loved (or loved to hate) over the years. 

Today’s stability ball workout comes from Caroline Girvan, who we met on Day 17 of SF30.  I like this workout because it challenges your muscles in a different way than typical strength training workouts.  I felt this one in my core and hamstrings the most. 

Caroline gives some useful tips on form and modifications at the beginning of the video.  You can use a warm up from Day 1 of the Simple Fitness 30-Day Challenge. The video includes a cool down and stretch.
