SF30 Day 13 — Flexibility (30 minutes) or Rest Day

Today, take a well-deserved rest from your hectic week.  If you really want to do something, here’s a super yummy stretch session that anyone can do. 

Today’s video is from MadFit, a YouTube channel created by Maddie Lymburner.  Maddie is a Canadian food and fitness influencer with a 3+ million follower YouTube channel.  Maddie danced competitively for 17 years and came to YouTube fame when she started posting daily food videos after becoming a vegan.  She started MadFit as an add-on to her food channel, and this fitness channel has blown up during the COVID-19 pandemic.  As a dancer, she started creating choreographed workouts to specific songs, giving her workouts a dance vibe that’s missing from many fitness videos.  Her most popular song workout is set to Billie Eilish’s Bad Guy.  It’s pretty fun! 

But today is not about pushing hard.  It’s about giving thanks to our bodies and the muscles that support us so well throughout the week.  Enjoy this extended flexibility routine.
